Entirely hand-made, each refillable is unique and results from know-how transmitted from one generation to the next.
These meticulously worked and truly exceptional pieces go through around ten different stages before completion, each one taking several hours.
Hand casting : The liquid slip is poured into a plaster mould and adheres to the walls; after a certain amount of time, the length of which determines the thickness of the piece, the excess slip is emptied out.
Mould removal : After a set time - the duration is estimated by the expert workers, the bottle is unmolded by hand. Then the workpiece is dried under natural conditions.
Finishing :This step consists in passing manually a wet sponge on the part in order to eliminate the demolding imperfections. This phase is more or less long depending on the complexity of the shape of each part.
